Why Coffee Prices are Surging
As you may have heard on the news, the global coffee market has experienced significant volatility, with coffee prices reaching a 47-year high. Severe weather conditions in key coffee-producing regions have significantly impacted harvests, driving up the cost of raw materials.
We’ve been absorbing these costs as long as we could, holding off on raising prices because we didn’t want to pass that on to our customers. We understand that price increases are never ideal, especially in today’s economic climate. In order for us to maintain our commitment to providing you with the highest quality coffee, and our commitment to programs like Fair Trade, Swiss Water Decaf and Organic certification we must adjust our prices to reflect these increased costs. This difficult decision is necessary to ensure the sustainability of our business and the quality of the products you’ve come to expect from us.
We value your loyalty and appreciate your understanding. We promise to continue sourcing the finest beans, roasting them to perfection, and delivering the exceptional coffee experience you deserve. We’re committed to working through these challenges together and look forward to serving you for many years to come.
