Entry Restrictions
1. Entry to the competition is only open to residents of the United States.
2. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter.
3. Directors, immediate family members, employees and contractors of BH Coffee Co. LLC (i.e. “Barrie House” or “the Promoter”) and any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with Barrie House or the Competition, or with the provision of the Prize, are not eligible to enter.
Competition Period Details
Commences: Friday, September 27, 2024
Ends: 11:59 EDT October 4, 2024. Any guesses received after this time will not be accepted.
Winner notification: October 7, 2024
• Entry into the Competition is free.
• The Competition will be conducted during the Competition Period. Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
• In the event that the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, the Prize will be awarded by drawing the next valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry Details
Entrants must fulfill ALL of the following criteria to be eligible:
1. FOLLOW the @BarrieHouseCoffee Instagram account.
2. LIKE the valid contest post on September 27, 2024 featuring the container of beans.
3. COMMENT below the post and guess the number of coffee beans in the container in the September 27, 2024 post on www.instagram.com/barriehousecoffee and post the answer in the comment section.
4. TAG a friend with a valid Instagram account in your comment.
Judging Details
• ONE guess per person via Instagram comments on the valid post ONLY. Guesses provided via any other method will not be accepted.
• If you guess multiple times, the first comment submitted based on timestamps will count and all others will be disregarded.
• The comments with the three closest correct numbers without going over will be the winners.
• If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be disregarded and the Prize will be awarded by drawing the next valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• All decisions will be made by Barrie House at its full discretion and all decisions are final. In case of a tie for the winning guess, the comment that was submitted first will be deemed the winner (times will be based on comment timestamp).
Prize
• THREE winners will receive a $90 gift card for barriehousestore.com.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and will have 24 hours from the time of notification to claim their prize.
• In the event that the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, the Prize will be awarded by drawing the next valid entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Prizes will be emailed to the winners.
• No exchanges or substitutions are allowed. No other prizes will be awarded. Prizes are subject to availability.
• Prizes cannot be returned for cash.
• Barrie House is not responsible for delayed, misdirected or lost deliveries of this prize.
• Barrie House may in its absolute discretion refuse to award any Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Barrie House accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.
• In the event that any of the Prizes or part of a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product of the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation.
• In the case that a entrant has no Instagram account, one entry will be accepted per household by contacting customercare@barriehouse.com. In this case, the winner will be contacted by email address, and will have 24 hours to respond before another winner will be selected.
