PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATORS

We source the finest ingredients from farmers andsupply chain partners we trust and artfully transform them into the best inclass products with fair and sustainable pricing.

We are looking for Operators. You will be responsible forthe efficient operation of your designated production equipment line. Thisincludes start up, operation, change-over, shut down, and preventativemaintenance of production line equipment (cleaning). Machines are automated andoperators are responsible for continued work cycle for entire line. Thisposition requires you to stand on your feet all day.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observingmachine operation to detect piece defects or machine malfunctions,adjusting machines as necessary
• Performingminor machine maintenance, such cleaning machines
• Readingjob orders to determine product specifications and instructions to dooperational sequences
• Operatingall assigned equipment safely and efficiently
• Verifyingaccuracy of work (i.e., QA line checks, verification of productin/product-out accuracy)
• Ensuringthat work area is clean and safety standards are followed

Required Qualification:

• GED orHS Diploma
• Priormachine operation experience helpful
• PerformingMath and Reading skills at a High School level
• Hand/eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
• Capableof learning operation skills and utilizing them during the operation ofthe equipment
• Excellentattendance and a solid work history
• Self-motivatedwith minimal supervision, detail oriented, rigorous, and reactive
• Workperformance must demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Preferredmanufacturing environment background (but not required)
• Computerskills required
