Giveaway Terms 

- The final mascot name will be decided by Barrie House. No winner is guaranteed.

- The Contest is open only to legal residents of the contiguous continental United States (void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all U.S. Territories and Possessions, and overseas military installations). 

- Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

- No purchase necessary to enter.

- Limit one entry per person and household.

- Winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

- Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s address, postage paid by Barrie House.

- Barrie House is not responsible for delayed, damaged, misdirected or lost deliveries of this prize.

- No exchanges or substitutions are allowed. No other prizes will be awarded. Prizes are subject to availability.

- Each prize will be awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.

- Barrie House may in its absolute discretion refuse to award any Prize to any entrant who fails to comply with contest ethics and rules.

- Barrie House accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value.

- In the event that any of the Prizes or part of a Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product of the same or greater value as the original prize, subject to the Promoter's discretion.

- Employees of Promoter, Barrie House Coffee Co. and its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

- In the case that an Entrant has no Instagram account, one entry will be accepted per household by contacting customercare@barriehouse.com. In this case, the winner will be contacted by email address.

- Barrie House reserves the right to remove any entries and comments that contain content it deems inappropriate.

- By entering this Contest, the Entrant forfeits all intellectual property rights to their entry and grants Barrie House perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute the mascot name without any attribution or compensation to Entrant.
